Unison is operated by Stack On The Future LLC. We want you to be happy with your subscription, so we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans.

1. Refund window

If you're not satisfied with your Unison subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase or renewal date.

2. How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
  2. Contact our support team from within Unison, and we will help you process the refund through Paddle.

3. What happens after a refund

Once a refund is approved, paid features tied to that subscription will be removed and your account will revert to the Free tier. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page or through paddle.net. Cancellations stop future renewals; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
